Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is seeking a dependable and motivated individual with food service experience to join our cafeteria team. This position works closely with the Food Service Director to assist in the preparation and service of meals for the seminary student body.

Qualifications:

• ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification (or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines.

Compensation:
Starting pay is based on experience.

Schedule (School Year—Approximately 9 Months):

• Monday through Friday: 5:30 a.m.—1:30 p.m.
• Additional hours for special events throughout the school year.
• Potential for up to two weeks of work during the summer months.
