Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance of campus buildings, equipment, and seminary-owned residences. Essential duties and responsibilities include plumbing repairs, carpentry work, basic electrical maintenance, HVAC support, preventive maintenance, snow, and ice removal, and assisting with campus events. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related maintenance experience (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 60 pounds. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently. A deep commitment to the mission and core values or Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and an ability to apply that commitment in the performance of daily responsibilities is required. Pay is negotiable based on experience, and the position includes benefits. Preference may be given to members of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod or Evangelical Lutheran Synod, though membership is not required. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check.
